I've been talking with Tolitz for several days now. What Tolitz wanted was to keep Photonski intact by weeding out the "pasaway" (troublemakers) in the group and keep the active & helpful ones. The problem was... he doesn't have the right to do it.
He tried to discuss this with the Photonski owner - Anton Rabena - but did not get the support that he wanted. Tonski, being a cool & timid person, opted to keep silent and even wish to decommission the group. Tolitz was frustrated, of course, and opened up this matter with me.
He was very much angry with Franz for starting the unsolicited insult and causing the big fire in the group. He was also frustrated with Goryo for further flaming and Lester for taking sides between the newbies and the old members. We expected Lester to be cool headed and neutral but instead, he lambasted us (newbies) with such strong words as "we are not world class, got half-baked product, and have ruffled feathers". Though Tolitz put the larger part of blame on Franz & his ilk, he also blame Glenn & Bong for haphazardly leaving the group without waiting for at least a day clear the issue. This action escalated the matter into a full-blown conflict and a possibility of a breakup.
He said that he loved the group and had too many memories with it to let it die. What he cannot accept was the thought of: It was Franz - he was never helpful with the group - who killed Photonski.
As a good friend, I tried to console him and keep his frustration at check then explained that we may have misunderstood the motive of Franz. I also advised him that we must talk with Glenn & Bong to discuss how to proceed from here. Too many members are waiting for our cue and they wanted to know if Photonski would continue or not.
